In addition to any other legal or equitable remedy, ArtRepros.com may, without prior notice, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke one or more of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the ArtRepros.com website, and in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy, you must immediately revoke all words and account identification provided to you, as well as cease access to and use of the site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including, but not limited to, payment obligations) of the parties that arose prior to the termination date.
In addition to the contrary provision in the General Terms and Conditions, which apply to each product on this site, the products sold through IT and the transactions carried out through IT are provided by ArtRepros.com "as is." ArtRepros.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Regarding the operation of the site, the information, content, materials, or products that appear on this site are subject to the provisions. In this regard, ArtRepros.com, to the extent permitted by applicable law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, absence of counterfeiting, title, quiet enjoyment, data accuracy, and system integration. This site may contain inaccuracies, errors, or typographical mistakes. ArtRepros.com does not guarantee that the content will be uninterrupted or error-free. For pricing, the products sold by ArtRepros.com are based on amounts calculated in U.S. dollars ($US). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from U.S. dollars using the most current exchange rates. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, prices displayed on the site in non-U.S. currencies, other than those on each product page, may not be the most accurate. If the parties fail to resolve a dispute within 30 days after the dispute arises, they agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration, which will be conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Commission in effect at the time the request for arbitration was made. Arbitration awards are final and binding on both parties.

You agree that the remedies of ArtRepros.com for any breach or threat of breach of this agreement would be inadequate, and ArtRepros.com has the right to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both. In addition to damages, ArtRepros.com may be legally entitled to recover the reasonable costs of any form of dispute resolution, without limitation to attorney's fees. No right or remedy of ArtRepros.com excludes any other right or remedy, whether at law or in equity, without limitation, including preliminary relief, attorney's fees, and costs. Waiver of these general terms and conditions, including rights or remedies, does not imply an obligation by ArtRepros.com to grant any similar, future, or other waiver.
