Return Policy

Once the customer contacts us and explains the reasons for the return, our customer service representative will determine if the customer qualifies for a return. Returning the package without prior approval will lead to the return being blocked or delayed. All returned items must be new and unused, with the original packaging and label. Goods returned due to quality issues, damage during transport, a model error, or an allergic reaction must be accompanied by photos or other elements that clearly demonstrate the issue with the received item.

We reserve the right to charge fees for items returned for other reasons.

For all returns, you can send a return request to our customer service via email within 7 days of receiving the delivery. It's easy and simple. In just 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Write to us or call us during our working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (China time), and provide us with the basic information of your order, including the delivery and purchase date, the name of the product, and the price you paid. Let us know how we can assist you, whether you want to return or exchange the goods, etc.

Step 2: Our service staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the details with you. This includes the address and other details for the return shipment.

Step 3: Keep all documents and products in as original condition as possible and return them to ArtRepros.com (visit the Contact Us page). ArtRepros.com's quality controllers will inspect the product you have returned as soon as it is received. You will be informed as soon as possible about how the situation will be handled.

Step 4: The refund or return can be processed within 2 to 3 days after the arrival of the item.

Cancellation Policy

Many orders can be canceled without penalty until the order has been shipped. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the title: "Shipping Notice from XXXXXXX with ArtRepros.com." Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns.
